Lisa Mischke is a singer, organist, choral conductor, and liturgy-maker. She began her working life as a printer before getting her undergraduate degree in music. As well as teaching choir and general music in public and private schools, she has worked as a music director, primarily in the Catholic church, for over twenty years. For the last fifteen years she has been led by the question “what is the liturgy of ecotheology?” Her experiences in ritual-based theater, movement, performance art, environmental and political activism, and the graphic arts are braiding themselves into responses to that question.
